Free scholarship! Welcome to HBC's community service program. HBC has decided to host scholarships for high and college students ages 16 years old or older with a valid ID. HBC will 

give out ten - $300 scholarships to deserving students that commit 36 community services hours with HBC and understands the importance of community service.  No cost to enter and it is easy to apply. If you know someone or have family or friends interested. Please have them apply here at Houston Birthing Connection. Deadline is rolling.

Community Service Event Rules:

We would love to have high school/collage volunteers or community service works for the Houston Texans Games an/ or Special events, Houston Rockets Basketball Games, Houston Astros Baseball Games and the UH Stadium Games!

Duties: Working the Concession Stand- Cashier or Food Counter and Cooks. 

Must be pleasant.

Individuals must be 16 years or older. 

Benefits: We offer community service letters.

 Scholarships are given based on individual performance measure, adhering to stand rules

100% complete and compliant.

 Must attend (3) HBC events. 

Must obtain (36) hours of community service at HBC event. 

Must be 100% compliant at all HBC events.

Must work well in a group setting.

All individuals must/will be get TABC certified online for $7.95. (Example)

Volunteers must commit to schedule and be on time for Call Time and leave at End times.
Must wear all Black slacks, all Black non slip shoes, the stadium will provide shirt and cap. No purses or bags in the stadium unless you have a clear see through small bag.
