The Parent Education Program provides parenting education through individual meetings, forums, groups, and special events. Participants learn about basic parenting issues, teen parenting issues, pre-natal and post-natal self-care, child development, child care issues, bonding and attachment, family relationships, and more!
Counseling for at-risk teens will cover depression, anxiety, behavior and mood disorders, drugs and alcohol use including sexual identity and promiscuity.
All teen parents should feel confident, supported and powerful as they ask questions, make decisions, and navigate their path through pregnancy, birth and parenthood through our Childbirth Education Program. With the appropriate education everyone can have a healthy pregnancy, birth and early parenting through evidenced-based education and advocacy.
Our approach supports female pregnant girls and we have gone one step further and have modules for the fathers to ensure that we can effect a complete transformation in both parents. Our Male Support Father’s Program focusing on positive mindset, change and consequences.
Additionally, HBC will offer a mastermind program that focuses on mindset exercises and clarity-centered programs which are the backbone of all our offerings, as we believe that having a positive mindset is the beginning of a long-lasting life’s journey.
